Split Pavilion Tigoni is a home set on a quarter-acre plot shaped by Tigoni’s natural slope and lush green setting.

The house is conceived as two gently offset pavilions. The floor plate is split across levels rather than stacked. This split-level arrangement allows the architecture to step with the land reducing excavation.

At the heart of the design is the elevated garden connected to the living spaces. This garden becomes both a visual anchor and a private outdoor room seamlessly connected to the lounge.
